草坪学的理论教学和实验指导工作。

1．种子生态学

以种群更新的种子休眠与萌发阶段为重点，以观赏植物等为研究对象，利用实验生态学手段，阐明种子休眠与萌发在种群适应中的生态学意义。

2．生活史对策

利用实验生态学手段，结合植物生理学、形态学、分子生态学和植物地理学的手段，阐明植物功能性状在种群适应生境中的意义及其进化趋势。
